Owney's First Colored Pages

The production of "The Secret Around-the-World Adventures of Owney the Postal Dog" is in full swing. And we have the first colored pages to share with you!

Our intrepid and furry hero has now embarked on his worldwide travels and is sure to encounter many surprises and adventures along the way. The journey of creating a graphic novel independently is, in fact, similarly full of perils and unforeseen events. We had one such surprise that did slow us down over the last month; fortunately, we are getting back on track and working on delivering a beautiful book that promises to be entertaining and even educational!

I’m excited to share with you an exclusive first look at the first few colored pages of  “The Secret Around-the-World Adventures of Owney the Postal Dog!"  We have enlisted the services of multi-talented Toronto colorist Dan McClaren, who’s helping bring our story to life with his palette. He has been doing a tremendous job of getting us back on schedule to finish the book in a timely fashion. Welcome aboard, Dan!
